We are Disciples of Christ, a movement for wholeness in a fragmented world. As part of the one body of Christ, we welcome all to the Lord’s Table as God has welcomed us.

Our Invitation
First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of Greeley invites you to join us.
Through worship, prayer, learning, fun and fellowship, we seek to grow in relationship with God and with one another. Through the challenges and joys of life, we seek to support, encourage, love and forgive those around us. As our love grows for one another, we are challenged to share that love and the love of Christ in concrete ways with our wider community.
Our History
First Christian Church was established in Greeley, CO in 1902 and moved to its present location in 1962. We are part of the denomination known as the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) which started on American soil in the early 1800s. The national offices of the denomination are in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are part of the Central Rocky Mountain Region which consists of churches in all or part of Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming, with offices in Denver.
Our Beliefs
Our essential belief is in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior (“No creed but Christ”). Our church is biblically based and we practice believer baptism for those who have not been previously baptized. We practice weekly communion and it is open to all.
