Easter Service, April 4th, 2010

Palm Sunday March28th, 2010 In the Palm Sunday Service, the children laid coats on the floor as a symbol of the cloaks laid down in today's scripture. Then the children marched in with palms in celebration of Jesus' entry into Jerusalem. During the Children's Moment, Connie Davis directed them in a few songs. The choir sang "Hail the King Triumphant" by Mark Hayes. During the Benediction, these students from the Pastor's Membership Class made their confession of faith.

Ash Wednesday Service February 17, 2010 Worship and Wisdom on Wednesdays began with a supper and then the service for Ash Wednesday. Join us each week for supper and classes leading up to Easter. Here are a few pictures of the soup supper followed by a few pictures from the Ash Wednesday Service.

Super Bowl Party February 7, 2010 Sunday afternoon at 4 pm several people met in the Fellowship Hall to watch the Super Bowl. The kids threw around a Nerf football while the adults got the snacks and refreshments together. As usual, one side rooted for one team while the other side rooted for the other team, and we had a lot of good fun.
